SERVICE DELIVERY (“SHIPPING”)
Chris Rubin Creativ (“CRC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides all deliverables digitally — through secure online platforms, email, or shared project folders. We do not ship or mail any physical goods.
Timelines for delivery are outlined in each proposal or service agreement and depend on the package or engagement type. If delivery is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, we’ll communicate promptly and provide an updated schedule.
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving deliverables in a timely manner so that we can maintain agreed timelines.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Because our work involves custom creative and strategic services, we do not offer returns or standard refunds once work has begun. Fees cover dedicated time, expertise, and reserved project resources that cannot be reallocated.
Refunds may be considered only if:
• A payment was made in error (duplicate transaction or wrong amount).
• CRC cancels the engagement before work begins or is unable to deliver the agreed-upon scope due to circumstances on our side.
In such cases, any unused portion of prepaid fees will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Retainer fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the billing period has started. If you terminate your retainer with 30 days’ notice, no additional payments will be charged after the current month.
