INTRODUCTION
Welcome to ChrisRubinCreativ (“CRC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By engaging our services, you (“you,” “your,” or “client”) agree to the terms below. If anything is unclear, please contact us before work begins.

SERVICES
We provide brand strategy, creative direction, and related consulting services as outlined in your signed proposal or service agreement. Each engagement defines its own scope, deliverables, and schedule.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
 You agree to:

  • Provide timely access to materials, information, and stakeholders needed for the work.
  • Review and approve deliverables within agreed timelines.
  • Use our work only as permitted under this agreement.

PAYMENT TERMS

  • Fees and schedules depend on the package or engagement type. Your proposal or SOW outlines specific terms.
  • Retainers are billed monthly, in full, at the start of each month. Work begins once payment is received.
  • Project-based engagements may require deposits or milestone payments.
  • Invoices may be paid by credit card, ACH, or wire transfer.
  • If payment is delayed, CRC may pause work or withhold deliverables until the account is current.

TIMING & DELAYS
Project timelines rely on mutual responsiveness. Delays in feedback or materials may extend delivery dates. We’ll communicate timing changes promptly on either side.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • You own the final deliverables once payment is complete.
  • CRC retains ownership of internal tools, processes, and frameworks used to produce them.
  • Unless otherwise requested in writing, CRC may display completed work in its portfolio or marketing materials.

CONFIDENTIALITY
Both parties agree to treat shared information as confidential and use it only for the purpose of fulfilling this agreement.

TERMINATION

  • Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days’ written notice.
  • You are responsible for payment for all work completed through the termination date and any third-party costs incurred.
  • Prepaid retainers are non-refundable but may be applied to remaining work within the 30-day period.
  • If CRC terminates without cause, any unused prepaid amount beyond that period will be refunded.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
CRC delivers work to a professional standard, but outcomes depend on many external factors. Our total liability under this agreement will not exceed the fees paid for the project or current month of service.

AMENDMENTS
We may update these terms periodically. The version in effect is the one accepted at the start of your engagement.

GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which CRC is registered, and any disputes will be handled in those courts.
